Real Sociedad won 2-1 against Sevilla on 26 November 2023 during Matchday 14 of La Liga, even with the xTears split tilting slightly the other way. Total damage: 16.67 xTears.

Even with the xTears split leaning slightly the other way, the heaviest moments for Real Sociedad still ran through M. Dmitrović 3' own goal (+1.92 xT) and Sergio Ramos 87' card upgraded by VAR (+1.70 xT).

The scoreboard and xTears did not tell exactly the same story: Real Sociedad punished better without fully owning the emotional volume.
